The Quiet and Darkness in Iloranta

Iloranta is an old farmstead which has hosted guests for nearly 80 years – now already in the fourth generation. During the decades the place has changed and developed in order to meet the needs of nowaday clients. The farmstead is situated in the authentic Finnish countryside in the middle of fields and forests on the banks of the lake Iso-Roine (Big Roine). We want to offer our guests overall well being from dawn till dusk in a genuine country milieu. Gorgeous nature, the peace and tranquillity of the countryside as well as the healing impact of the forest are found here. Swimming and taking a sauna, home made organic food, activities for each and everyone regardless of what shape you are in. All this builds up to a comfort holiday in addition to exquisite experiences from Finland.

Have you ever thought, if darkness is really dark? Is compelete darkness just an illusion caused by indoor and street lighting? Darkness is not familiar to many people
– it has been calculated from satellite images, that only 17 of the world population can see the starry sky without light pollution. Iloranta is part of this minority!
Wandering in the darkness will give you unforgettable experiences, as well as help you develop your mind control, for most of the scary things of the darkness reside inside your own head. Come to Iloranta, journey into the darkness and challenge your senses! During the journey we have coffee break in campfire.
